Our workshop is located in Sindos, Thessaloniki, in a modern space where technology meets tradition. Here, with passion and dedication, we create two of the most characteristic products of Japanese cuisine: miso and shoyu.

Using the most modern machinery and the most advanced methodologies, we guarantee the quality and authenticity of every product that leaves our hands. Technology allows us to maintain consistency in taste, while respect for tradition helps us maintain the authentic character of the products.

In our workshop, we not only pay attention to the production process, but also to the training of our people. It is essential for us that they know every detail of the process, understand the importance of quality and love what they do.
